Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at 5351 San Vicente Blvd at the corner of San Vicente and Cochran. We are near Miracle Mile, the Beverly Center and The Grove. |
Q. Can I have a pet?
A. We accept cats only with a $300.00 deposit. |
Q. Do you have furnished apartments?
A. We do not provide furnished apartments but we can refer you to a furniture leasing company. Renting a vacant apartment and renting the furniture may be more affordable than renting a furnished apartment. |
Q. Do you have Security?
A. Although we are not a security building, we are a controlled access community and offer courtesy patrol after hours seven days a week. |
Q. What lease terms do you offer?
A. Villa Vicente prices our apartment homes based on your needs and our availability! This allows you the freedom to choose the best pricing option for you. |
Q. Do you have laundry facilities?
A. We have 3 laundry room facilities. One of the laundry rooms has 24hr access. |
Q. Do you have gated parking?
A. Yes, we have gated parking depending on availability. Uncovered and covered parking is available at an additional cost. |
Q. Do you have two bedrooms apartments?
A. No, we only have studio and one bedroom apartments. |
Q. What utilities are included with the rent?
A. We pay for the water, trash and gas, which includes the heating. All you pay for is the electricity, telephone and cable. |
